What's New at Vytek...

Vytek has joined Facebook & Twitter

Now, our customers can follow us on Facebook & Twitter, post comments and requests.  The Facebook "Page" is called Vytekdirect.

Website Enhancements

In our continuing effort to provide good customer service, Vytek has launched this enhanced website for our customers.  The new features are:

    1. Customer Login Page. Here you will be able:

      1. View your orders, track their status, etc.
      2. Create a case with the customer support team via email or web form.
      3. Log into our knowledge base (Vytek Laser owners only).
    2. Success Stories Page. We would like to post your story here.  If you have something that you are proud of and would like to share, please email us your story and we will post it (contents are subject to review).
    3. Newsletter.  We will continue to provide a monthly "specials" email.  If you would like to be on the list, please make sure to include your information in the newsletter section. You will also be notified of new items or items that may interest you.
    4. New product display system.  We will recommend certain items based upon your selection. 

    Metal Cutting Head for the L-Star
