Return Policy

~ Returns: All returns must be authorized by our Fitchburg office.
~ Returns are subject to a restocking charge
~ Customer responsible for shipping any items back to the Fitchburg office
~ Returns will be authorized for the following reasons (within 15 days of receipt):
1. Items found to be defective
2. Items shipped in color/style other than ordered, notification must be made within 15 days of receipt
3. A 15% reboxing charge will be assessed on merchandise returned without boxes or with price
~ We will not issue return authorization for the following reasons:
1. Merchandise didn't sell or outdated merchandise
2. Merchandise found to be defective or not as ordered (beyond 15 days of receipt).
